Reservations are accepted from the application form on each service page. After receiving your application, all reservation procedures will be made via e-mail.

Price are accurate and available at the time of publication. Please note that we(i Travel Square) reserves the right to alter quoted prices without notice to reflect changes in hotel fares, land services or tax increases.
///Commission for Arrangements, Change or Cancellation
For custom arrangements, commission of arrangements, change or cancellation are required as below;

Note1: Addition to above commission, according to the regulation of each transportation, hotel or the other facilities, you may be requested cancel or change fee by each company.

///Taxes
All reservations are subject to mandatory 10% consumption tax required by the government of Japan.
///Payment
Payment in advance is required to reserve all travel arrangements made via the internet. Tour bookings made via the internet must be made at least 14 days in advance. Deposit for booking is required 30% of trip price includes commission for arrangements, payment within 3 days of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

///Liability
As a travel agency, we (i Travel Square) make reservations for our clients and provide customers with packaged products.
The scope of our responsibility differs between the arrangement of reservations and provision of packaged products.
1. arrangement of reservations
We assume no liability for travel booked through the company in case of injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur as a result of the condition of equipment, vehicles or acts of any operating company actually providing the tour or travel service. We are not responsible for losses or additional expenses due to delay, hotel or airline irregularities, sickness, bad weather or any changes in a tour schedule. We do not take responsibility for changes and cancellations of affiliated companies used to provide services and reserve the right to make reasonable changes or substitutions in itineraries when obligatory. Luggage always will travel under the care and responsibility of its owner. No refunds can be made for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing trips, tours or any other service.
2. provision of packaged products
In addition to the above, we have the following responsibilities and disclaimers.
We are obliged to manage and realize travel according to a predetermined travel plan. This doesn’t apply if the traveler requests a change to the contract.

Depending on the tour content, the service provider’s insurance plan and cancellation policy may apply.
///Conduct
I Travel Square reserves the right to require any individual to withdraw from any tour or package at any time, if the company deems his/her acts or conduct detrimental to, or not compatible with the interest, comfort or welfare of the tour as a whole.
///Health Issues
It is responsibility of persons with medical conditions that might cause risk or harm to themselves or others to notify all tour operators of their condition prior to participating in the activity. We reserve the right to disqualify anyone at any time during the tour or package if participation will jeopardize the safety of the group or handicap the normal functioning or scheduling of the tour. We assume no responsibility for special arrangements necessary or problems experienced by passengers physically unable to participate in the planned activities.
